Imerman Angels
During the Summer of 2021, I had a virtual internship with the group Imerman Angels. I worked with them on a variety of design projects, including social media posts and a recipe book. One of the projects I worked on was creating a trifold business card for the organization. This page details my process.

my process
For this project, I was given a list of information that the organization would like to be included. This was mainly basic contact information and statistics about their business. I wanted to keep things simple and within the style chosen for their brand. I used their already existing logo and color scheme but, I made original decisions about the layout, typography, and graphics. When folded, it looks like a regular business card. However, when expanded, it functions like a brochure.
This is one of the first projects I have done for a professional organization. Although relatively simple, it has given me insight into how designing for an existing brand works. I appreciate the opportunity this organization has given me to use my design skills in the real world.
reflection
This is one of the first projects I have done as a graphic designer. Looking back, there are many things I would change now and I might challenge myself to look at this project again in the future. However, it was a great chance to complete a solo project for a major non-profit group and I am grateful for the opportunity.
